Hailing originally from The Black Castle, Tech used to be a protector of the BlackFlame. But one day while on his journey back to the Thieves Academy he was betrayed by his own brethren. A Vampyr mage by the name of Zeaus was offered all the riches of BlackFlame to eliminate Tech. Zeaus accepted the proposal but had motives of his own. Instead of disposing of Tech he would turn him to the darkside. On his way to the Thieves Academy Tech decided to stop somewhere along the trading route. Unknown to him Zeaus had ascended from the Valley of the Elves and had been stalking him from the shadows. Suddenly Zeaus pounced on Tech and proceded to bite him and turn him into a Vampyr. At first Tech didn't understand and didn't embrace the gift of eternal life, but then Zeaus explained the betrayal that had fallen upon him and he wanted revenge. Tech stand at a mere 5' 6" but is a force to be reckoned with. He wields two of the whips of Vampyr and wears the ring of a Vampyr knight.
